Adventures on the Alagnak River, The Katmai & Bristol Bay with Alaska Trophy Adventures Lodge

As if 200 miles of fish-able water, over 40 miles of 3 different Rivers were not enough (all within easy access to the lodge by jet boat) - ATA Lodge offers many exciting "Add On" Adventures that you can choose from.

We can't imagine you getting tired of our own "piece of paradise" during your stay with us, but should you wish to "Add On" an extra adventure or two to your package, you will be able to explore all of the very best of what the Katmai National Park and surrounding Bristol Bay Region has to offer the Intrepid Adventurer!

Not only can we get you in to fish other remote lakes, rivers and streams across the region by doing either Fly Outs, Remote Spike Camps or Rafting Trips; but you can also book a flight seeing tour and fly over Volcanoes and Glaciers or go visit the Famous Fishing Brown Bears of Brooks Falls (but to be honest you will see more bears than you can imagine right on the Alagnak - but without the crowds!).  You can also get up close and personal with Walrus Colonies on remote beaches, or visit the Valley of Ten Thousand Smokes.....The options are as varied and numerous as your pocketbook will allow!

We work closely with a number of bush plane charter companies and offer a choice of fishing or wilderness/wildlife viewing options to our guests. These “Fly Outs” are a unique way to see Alaska from the air or spend a day either fishing or wildlife viewing in a variety of remote wilderness locations. Here we have a short list of our most popular locations. Each location changes with the season and we have full details when you arrive at the lodge.
